We want you to be happy with your OCTOMASK. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
You may try on and inspect your mask for fit. To qualify for a return, it must be clean, undamaged, and returned with all original accessories and packaging. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

We will inspect your return after it arrives and email you with the result. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5โ10 business days to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
Exchanges for fit, color, defective items, or incorrect items are available subject to inventory. Email info@octomask.com to arrange an exchange.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. OCTOMASK is not responsible for return packages that are lost before delivery.
